Orders
There is a minimum order of 10 boxes of pads, and orders will be placed through our online store at www.pads99.com. Orders can also be made via email or fax. Webshop orders have priority processing. Small orders receive the same priority as large orders.
Once an order has been transmitted to our system, it cannot be modified.
Delivery Time
Product delivery varies depending on the area where it must be delivered:
- Portugal & Spain: 1 to 2 working days.
- Zone 1 (Germany): 2 to 4 working days.
- Zone 2 (France): 3 to 5 working days.
- Zone 3:
- Austria: 4 to 6 working days.
- Belgium: 3 to 5 working days.
- Croatia: 4 to 6 working days.
- Slovakia: 4 to 6 working days.
- Slovenia: 4 to 6 working days.
- Netherlands: 4 to 6 working days.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are determined by the delivery zone. The applicable rates per zone are as follows:
- Zone 1: €27.11
- Zone 2: €29.99
- Zone 3: €31.14
- Zone 4: €34.35
- Zone 5: €44.66

Payment Terms
Samples
Samples will be charged at the current list price indicated on the website, plus shipping. In case of returns, the procedure is the same as for a regular order.
Claims and Returns
Garments or materials must be inspected upon receipt for reference, quality, size, and color.
- The deadline to inform us of your intent to make a return is 7 business days from the delivery date.
- If the reason for the return is not due to an error by Pads99, 90% of the merchandise value will be refunded.
- To proceed with a return, send an email to info@pads99.com, and we will contact you with instructions on how to proceed.
- The refund will be processed after verifying that the returned merchandise matches the authorized items and confirming that the product is in acceptable condition.
- Returns of personalized, discontinued, or altered items are not accepted.
Sizes
We recommend consulting the sizing guide to avoid unnecessary returns. Please inquire in case of doubt.

All prices are correct except for printing errors. Pads99 reserves the right to change prices or conditions without notifying third parties. The current price on the shipping or dispatch date will apply.
