Orders

There is a minimum order quantity of 10 boxes of pads. Orders must be placed through our online store at www.pads99.com. Orders may also be submitted via email or fax; however, webshop orders will receive priority processing. Both small and large orders are handled with equal care and efficiency.

Once an order has been transmitted to our system, modifications will not be possible.

Shipping Time & Cost

We provide international shipping to Europe for products sold and shipped by Pads99. Shipping times vary depending on the destination, as detailed in the table below:

Countries marked with * indicate additional costs due to customs taxes being included in the shipping fees.
Countries marked with + will not include customs taxes in the shipping fees.

Shipping costs are determined based on the package's weight and the delivery zone. Below are the applicable rates per zone:

Locations such as Andorra, Ceuta, Melilla, and Gibraltar are considered remote areas and are subject to different shipping costs, based on the package's weight:

Shipping to locations such as the Canary Islands, Formentera, Azores, or Madeira is not available.

Claims and Returns

Upon receipt, all garments and materials must be inspected for accuracy in reference, quality, size, and color.

1. Customers must notify Pads99 of their intention to return products within 7 business days of delivery.
2. If the return is not due to an error by Pads99, a refund of 90% of the merchandise value will be issued.
3. To initiate a return, contact us at info@pads99.com. Instructions will be provided upon approval of the return request.
4. Refunds will only be processed after verifying that the returned items match the authorized return and are in acceptable condition.
5. Returns are not accepted for personalized, discontinued, or altered items.
